Philippine Real Estate Developers & Their Websites

Here's an initial list of Real Estate Developers covering the Philippines, with most projects in Metro Manila and the CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon) areas. It is best to get in touch with them directly so you can get more discounts, rather than go through several levels of agents and real estate brokers. This list is unsorted so feel free to add/comment whatever you know about them so I can add and update the list. I will make this a growing document.

  1. Foreigners really fell in love with the Filipino traits which enamour them to stay here in the Philippines. This was probably the reason why the real estate industry is booming right now.

  2. Finding an ideal place to live is not as easy as it may seem. You need to be sure about what you would like to see in your future house and how much you can afford.

  3. @Manila apartment> I couldn't agree more. In fact, in places where tourist spots are located, foreigners are their primary clients. A good example is Panglao Island in Bohol and Mactan in Cebu.

@Real Estate Philippines> It helps to at least be informed about the offers of a real estate company, see pictures, before even wasting time calling them to actually talk to them and discuss prices or even go on their ocular visits. Ocular visits I would say are also a must. I had done several trippings and found out that it looks good on pictures but then the location is way too remote, or that it was inaccessible by public transport, etc. etc.

  13. With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement?
My blog has a lot of exclusive content I've either created myself or outsourced but it seems a lot
of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement.
Do you know any ways to help reduce content from
being ripped off? I'd really appreciate it.

  15. There are lots of condominiums in Metro and each of them has their own identities. Condos in Mckinley Hill are well-developed by different developers. If ever you will buy a unit, you can choose the center of businesses.
